Coverage is only issued once you complete an application with a licensed carrier and that carrier approves your application.
2. Licensing
MoneyBreath is operated by a producer licensed to sell life insurance in Maryland (License #162598) and Texas (License #3207111). We are not licensed to sell insurance in any other state. Quote requests from residents of states other than Maryland or Texas cannot be serviced through this Site.
3. Third-Party Carriers and Applications
When you choose to apply for coverage, you may be directed to a third-party carrier platform (such as Ethos Life) to complete your application. That carrier's own terms, privacy policy, and underwriting decisions govern the application process. MoneyBreath does not guarantee approval, specific rates, or coverage amounts, as these are determined solely by the issuing carrier's underwriting.
4. No Guaranteed Approval or Rates
Any premium estimates, sample rates, or approval likelihoods shown on this Site (including our cost calculator) are illustrative only and based on general assumptions. Most applicants qualify for coverage, but approval, final rates, and coverage terms depend on your individual application and the carrier's underwriting decision.
5. Accuracy of Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when requesting a quote or completing an application. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage or rescission of an issued policy by the carrier.
6. Communications Consent
By submitting the quote request form, you consent to be contacted by MoneyBreath by phone, email, or text message regarding your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time as described there.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and design elements, is the property of MoneyBreath and may not be reproduced without permission.
